FAQ's

1) What is your return/exchange policy?
The customer has 7 days after receiving their product to return it. The
return must be intact and shipping is at the customer's expense and
must be insured.
Please let us know via e-mail if your purchase arrives damaged and we
will refund you or substitute the product. Please send us a picture of
the damaged product.

2) What is your shipping policy?
We ship to North America and Europe only by FedEx express.
All of our shipments are insured and packaged with boxes.
If you buy over $300 we will ship for Free!

3) What is the Delivery Time for your product?
Our delivery time actually varies. Most of our products are in stock and
delivery time is only 10 days- 2 weeks. However, if our product is not in
stock then it will be handcrafted immediately and sent out as soon as
possible.
If production time takes more than 8 days then we will contact you via
e-mail and alert the customer to how long is the delivery time for the
product.
Based on this if there is an unresolvable problem regarding your product
we reserve the right to not fulfill the customer order and your money
returned. But we will do everything in our power to insure that this
should not happen.
Please keep in mind when ordering that it is not binding due to the
uniqueness of each item. If we are unable to fulfill the order the
customer will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.

4) Do you ship internationally?
At this point we only ship to North America and Europe.

6) What is the store's privacy policy?
We are committed to keeping your information safe and secure. Your
information will never be sold, exchanged or rented to anyone. We are
a Yahoo! store and Yahoo! manages our ordering system and data. To

7) How is Murano glass different?
Murano is a type of Venetian Glass made on the islands of Murano off of
Venice, Italy. It is elaborate, stunning, classic and skillfully made. Our
products come straight from Italy and the artists glassmakers
themselves. There are many techniques to making the effects that
Murano glass has. They include filigree, engraving, ribbed glass,
lattimo, millefiori and layering of colors.

8) Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we do. All you have to do is send us a picture of what you would
like and we will send you an approximate cost, a delivery date, and some
technical advice regarding the product.

9) Who designs your Murano Glass products?
The artists include master glassmakers such as Raramea, Davide Fuin,
Diego Vio, Ghisetti, Tiozzo, Venini, Tagliapietra and Afro Celotto. They
are emerging and established artists working today to create beautiful
murano glass.

10) Do I have to pay state tax?
If you live in the state of Michigan you have to pay 6% sales tax.
